The Accident, Mbwewe Councilor, Omary Abbas Said "This Student Was Hit By
A Government Car And Died On The Spot, This Is The 11th Student To Lose His
Life By Being Hit By A Car In This Area Where Students Are Crossing," Said
The Councilor.
He Has Claimed That After
The Accident Happened, The Citizens Blocked The Road By Placing Logs And Sacks
Of Charcoal, Pushing For The Construction Of Embankments Today Before Allowing
Vehicles To Continue Their Journey.
"We Are Here With
The Head Of The Police Station And The Executive Officer, We Are Trying To Ask
The Citizens To Open The Road, We Are Responsible For Managing What They Want,
They Have Agreed To Open It And Now The Cars Are Continuing Their
Journey," Said Councilor Abbas.

The Road Was Closed, Abbas Said That The Citizens Closed The Road For More Than
Four Hours From Four In The Morning Until Four In The Afternoon, Which Caused
Inconvenience To The Users Of The Road From And To The Northern Regions.
