The Tanzania Mainland Premier League Board has postponed the second round match between Yanga and Simba, which was scheduled to be played today, Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
The decision was made following Simba's decision to boycott the match, claiming that it was denied the legal right to practice at the match venue the day before.
A TPLB statement said that the match has been postponed so that the Board can investigate the incident in more detail.
