UGANDA Music Legend Joseph Mayanja Popularly Known As Jose Chameleone Has Broken His Silence On The Progress Of His Divorce From His Wife Daniella Atim Who They Married 17 Years Ago And Insisted That Although He Has Agreed To The Division Of His Property, He Does Not Agree To Being Forced To Sign A Will.
According To A Report By Ugandan Media Outlets Bigeye And Pulse Uganda, Chameleone Said This While Live On His Online Pages And Made It Clear That The Property He And His Wife Are Fighting For Is The Property Of The Children And Not Their Own.
“The Things We Are Fighting For Are For The Children, Not Ours And Even The Children Will Leave It To Their Children, Stop Creating A Situation Where There Is None,” Said Chameleone.
The Process Of Dividing His Property Has Begun To Be Seen Early After His Wife Filed For Divorce In Court In March This Year, Where On August 21 He Agreed To Divorce Her On What His Wife Called Abandonment.
Chameleone Himself Has Said That He Has No Objection To Signing Legal Documents If The Law Requires Him To And Has Insisted That All His Wealth Is For The Benefit Of His Five Children And Not Him Or His Wife. He Added That He Is Not Burdened By The Divorce Process And Has Assured His Fans That He Is Still At Peace While The Legal Battle Continues.
