TANZANIAN SINGER Rayvanny's baby mama, Faymah, has ellicited mixed reactions after expressing her belief that true love does not exist.
In a series of Instagram posts, Faymah argued that the
concept of true love is a myth and urged people, particularly women, to focus
on securing money rather than waiting for love to bring happiness.
In her posts, Faymah shared her perspective on life,
claiming that financial stability is the key to lasting happiness.
"Hakuna true love jamani ebu tuamke kwenye huu
usingizi," she began.
She stating that in her experience, nothing provides
lasting joy like having money.
"Nilichojifunza kwenye haya maisha hakuna furaha
ya kudumu zaidi ya kuwa na pesa," she added, which translates to,
"What I have learned in this life is that there is no lasting happiness
other than having money."
Faymah went on to argue that especially for women,
seeking financial independence is the most important pursuit.
"Hasa kwaupande wa wanawake jamani wanawake
wenzangu tutafute pesa," she continued.
Faymah urging women to focus on wealth, as she
believes that money is the true source of happiness.
She further stated that money not only brings joy but
also respect:
"Pesa ukiwa nayo furaha inakuja na hato kudharau
mtu," meaning that when you have money, happiness follows, and people will
no longer disrespect you.
According to Faymah, without money, people live like
slaves, constantly struggling.
She also weighed in on love, especially romantic
relationships, in her posts.
"Sisi wanawake tuna moyo tukipenda tunapenda
tunajisahau kabisa," she said.
The beauty also described how women often lose
themselves in love, believing that once their partner succeeds, they both will
enjoy happiness together.
However, she cautioned that when the partner succeeds,
the woman may end up being treated like a servant.
"But it’s not true. When he gets what he wants,
you end up becoming his servant," she added.
She urged women to wake up and focus on their own
financial empowerment to avoid being disrespected or mistreated.
