YANGA SC KEY PLAYERS, Pacome Zouzoua and Kouassi Attohoula Yao, face
uncertainty to feature 'in the upcoming CAF Champions League quarterfinal
encounter against Mamelodi Sundowns after picking up injuries.
The
players picked up the injuries Sunday on March 17, 2024 in the Mainland
Tanzania Premier League match against Azam FC at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in
Dar es Salaam.
With
just 11 days remaining for the crucial fixture on March 30, 2024at the stadium,
there is considerable concern regarding the fitness of the two players and
their availability for the match.
Yanga
information officer Ally Kamwe has said that official updates regarding the
players' conditions will be provided within the next 72 hours, following
medical assessments by the team's doctors.
Kamwe
said they are awaiting the medical evaluations before making any conclusive
statements about the players' ability to participate in training or in the
upcoming match.
As
of now, both Zouzoua and Yao are sidelined due to their injuries, raising

The
