In This Period, Rwandans Are
Mourning The Families, Relatives, Relatives And Friends Who Lost Their Lives
Due To The Genocide That Took Place In 1994 In Rwanda.
The Commemoration Of The
Genocide In Rwanda Officially Begins On The 7th Of April And Will Reach Its
Peak On The 13th Of This Month When Flags Will Be Lowered To Half-Mast
Throughout The Week.
